Ball Valves We are involved in supplying a qualitative array of ball valves. Theball valves is sourced from reputed and established vendors. Entire array can be offered to our clients with customized solution as per the requirements of clients.
Following are some of the salient features of our ball valves:
• SS 316 construction for corrosion resistance, full or reduced bore for excellent flow Flexible 3 piece design
• Anti blow out internally loaded stem for safety
• 90° smooth action operation pipe seats for ease of use and minimum maintenance
Physical Features of the range include following:
• Pressure Rating: 400 Kg/ CM2
• Material Options: SS 316, Carbon Steel, Aluminum, Bronze, Hastalloy Monel etc. Optional KEL-F, Polyaman packing available with high pressure valves
• Standards: BS 5750
To ensure quality in these ball valves, this range is passed through various tests including:
• Each Valve is tested with Nitrogen at 1000 PSI for Seat and
• Seal Leakage with a leakage rate of 0.1 Sec / Min.
• Hydro Tests: Performed with pure water at 1-1/2 Liters of the working pressure. Other tests like Helium, Sesmic are available upon request
• End Connections: Variety of end connections ¼'' to 1'' NPT, BSP male or female
• Threaded or ¼'', 3/8'', ½'' Panam single or twin ferrule tube fitting ends |

2 Way Manifold Valves Our organization is engaged in supplying 2 way manifold valves to flange design for separate mounting. Important component are connecting system impulse lines and transmitters. There are simple two valve configuration allowing easy block, bleed & calibration of a static pressure transmitter or gauge. The valves are presented in various models including:
Salient features of the valve 316 S.S. are mentioned below:
• Body construction for superior corrosion resistance
• Non rotating VEE tip prevents galling & promotes repetitive shut-off
• Optional graph oil packing material is available for high temp. rating 1000° F @ 6000 PSI
Various tests of this range are conducted by us that are tabulated below:

3 Way Manifold Valves Support of our reputed vendors assists us in offering qualitative and highly performing 3 way manifold valves to our potential clients. Their reliability ensures us in offering industry standard valves. The range is also offered with customized solution as per the requirements of our clients. Following are special attributes of our range:
• BSI 3 Valve manifold T- type pipe to flange connection design for connecting system impulse lines and transmitters
• This manifold consists to ½'' NPT female connections on 54mm (2-18'') centers and of the equalizer valve and two block valves ¼'' NPT purge connections are optional
Physical features of our 3 Way Manifold Valves include:
• 316 S.S. Body construction for superior corrosion resistance

• Hydro Test: Performed with pure water in accordance with MSS-SP-61. Body tested at 1.5 times & seat leakage tested at 1.1 times of the working pressure

5 Way Manifold Valves We are engaged in the business of supplying 5- Valve manifold T- type pipe to flange connection design to connect system impulse lines and transmitters. It comprises of ½'' NPT female connections on 54mm (2-1/8'') centers and of two equalizer valve and two block valves & one vent valve.
